Host Your Perfect Baby Shower at Prairie Guest House

Our intimate dining room and sunroom make for a wonderful and memorable baby shower. With space for dining, games, and gifts, the Prairie Guest House stands out among event venues in Fishers, Indiana, offering an elegant and comfortable scene sure to make everyone feel pampered and at home simultaneously. You can contact us either through our website form, call us, or email. We will talk with you about your ideas and check that the date/s are clear on our calendar. Then we will schedule a time for you to stop by and see the venue. If you're out of town you can have a local guest check things out or just book the date. We do require a non-refundable deposit to hold space on our calendar. We do allow outside catering as well we have our own menus that are tasty and available to you and your guests.

 

Generally, hosts take about 30 minutes to set up the space before guests arrive. Decorations often include balloons, ultrasound images, pictures of the expecting parents as babies, flowers, and party favors to adorn the room and tables. There are several ways to set up the room; one idea is shown above. Our staff will ensure the room is prepared according to your requests upon your arrival.

 

Food, Fun, and Frivolity. With your own private party venue your group can celebrate any way you want. Many of our hosts prepare a game or two, sharing baby stories, as well as introductions and ice breakers. Gifts can either be done around the main dining room table or you can break out and gather in the sunroom. Our dining area has wonderful photo-ops throughout the venue, including the courtyard.
