Each dinner is accompanied by refreshments of water, tea, & coffee. You are welcome to bring beverages of your choice. We will set up an area for your guests to enjoy the beverages you have provided. Stemware and accessories will be provided.

Make your evening really special with one of our Prairie Guest House Suites. We have 10 guest rooms all with a private bathroom. The Frederick Suite even has a fireplace.
Yoga is often looked at as a physical excercise as it is very physical. Yoga can also be enjoyed as a mental activity. Meditation is interwoven in our yoga practice. You can share a meditation practice with your group or upon staying the night with us may enjoy a full class before or after breakfast. We offer this as a team building exercise and as an event that brings people together. This meditation practice will make you stronger as a group.
