We are always excited to serve at the Prairie Guest House. Our menu items are always fresh cooked with as many locally grown and market fresh ingredients as area available. Our breakfast is served between 9:00 and 10:00am daily. We serve family style which may involve passing a plate around but if we aren't too busy we may ask which menu items you may want so that we may prepare for your most excellent breakfast. Here is our current breakfast menu:
All breakfast items are accompanied with fresh, home-made bread.
- Fresh zucchini, asparagus, and tomato strata (A baked egg pizza accompanied with breakfast meats, soft scrambled eggs, and a cheesy-potato dish)
- Tortilla Espanola (Baked egg dish with garden vegetables and potatoes, accompanied with tomatoes, olive oil and fresh, hot breakfast meats)
- Sweet Potato Hash and Eggs (Diced sweet potato hash browns grilled with onions, peppers, and parsley and fresh eggs)
- French Toast Dusted with Lavender Sugar served with fresh Maple syrup and soft butter.
